Day opportunities and supported internships for adults aged 18-24 years supporting transition where appropriate from Education into Adult Social care provision. This new provision will help to meet the rising demand for statutory SEND education and also more diverse ASC day opportunities offer that means that people can and most importantly will want to stay local.
