- Intrusive Fire Door Surveys may be required as the Contract term progresses

- Fire Risk Assessments to corporate buildings (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable)
- Fire Risk Assessments to Sheltered and Extra Care Accommodation
- Fire Risk Assessments to Temporary Accommodation
