The Authority invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers (“Suppliers”) for the provision of a Tenancy Sustainment Support service.
The Isle of Wight Council (“the Authority”) is looking to tender for a Tenancy Sustainment Support service which will provide clients with a history of rough sleeping, or individuals who have been in prison in the last two years, to gain the skills to achieve self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life.
It is anticipated that the Authority will require 10 clients to receive packages of bespoke support throughout the life of the contract with scope for additional packages.
However, should additional funding become available, support for additional clients might be required. This will be discussed with the successful supplier.
The estimated overall budget for this Tender is £40,000 exc. VAT.
