This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO on behalf of Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Customers) expects to undertake a future procurement process for the supply and delivery/collection of roadstone, aggregates, topsoil, chippings, re-processing of chippings and premixed concrete.
