Provide as many new 4-wheel drive, double cab pickups as possible within the budget of £200,000 (inc VAT) they must all be left hand drive (LHD), have 4 doors, have a tow bar with associated electrical kit and have air conditioning. The end user of the vechicles will be the Moldovan MOD.
Further to this they should all comply with the below technical specifications as minimum:
