description
You are invited to submit a tender for curtain walling & associated works at St Martins school. The scope of the project is fully described in Tender Documentation but in summary the scope is:
- Replacing external curtain wall and door. See attached Technical specification.
- Replacement of high-level windows. See attached Technical specification.
- Asbestos removal using CCBC framework approved LARC.
- Cladding renewal.
- Associated works to make good floors & ceilings.
- Replacing existing suspended ceiling.
- M&E works.
- Contractor to coordinate all works.
- Works are planned for the six weeks summer holidays.
- Works must be completed before students return.
