Procurement approach: Standalone Open Tender with 2 lots with services starting 1 January 2026. Social value (min 10% weighting) focuses on inclusion, accessibility, and volunteer opportunities. Mandatory requirements may include but will not be limited to: access to a venue appropriate for individuals living with dementia, 2 years' experience or equivalent, £250k turnover, local capacity, and safeguarding.
