The objective of the PME is to gain market insight for the procurement of a Principal Contractor to deliver the Market Place project.

RIBA 3 designs were approved at Cabinet on 17 July 2024 and are available in Appendix A.

NELC are looking to gather feedback on how to progress from the start of RIBA 4 through to RIBA 7.

Should a procurement be issued, you will need to be registered with the government's Find a Tender Service (FTS) in order to submit a bid. Failure to register will lead to your submission being deemed non-compliant and rejected from the process. Further information about the FTS can be found here..
