description
This is regarding providing furniture repair and polishing services to British High Commission to New Delhi. This includes on and off property of BHC New Delhi.
- As repair & polishing is the recurring job at residential & non-residential, so it will be beneficial to make the contract, so that we can adheres the work without any hindrances.
- Once we have this contract we can easily polish or repaired furniture as and when required.
- Once we have this agreement in place, we won't require quotes from several suppliers every time.
The contract will be signed initially for 3 years and will have a provision of extending it further for 2 years, depending upon the performance of the contractor, feedbacks, review of KPIs and requirement as per business continuity.
