This is a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) to inform the market of the Authority's intention to award a contract for an additional period of 3 years (no extensions), to the incumbent Age UK Mid Mersey for the Provision of a Wellbeing and Engagement Service that supports older people (50+) across the borough, in an holistic way, to 'Live Well' across the thematic areas of:

This extension aims to maintain continuity and stability of service provision.
