APUC has entered into an agreement with Oxford University Press to offer Scottish Higher Education Digital Library (SHEDL) member institutions access to Oxford Scholarship Online eBook collection and partner presses, free of Digital Rights Management (DRM), for up to 4 years.
APUC will not use the content but will facilitate the purchase on behalf of the HE institutions in Scotland and the National Library of Scotland. The Contract value is estimated based on potential participation by its members
