The Outcomes identified for this Service are:<br/>• Improved access to reliable and relevant information and advice on eating disorders <br/> <br/>• Routine outcome measures demonstrate the effectiveness of the interventions in terms of recovery and reliable recovery <br/> <br/>• Provision of a service that is flexible and responsive, adapting to the individual needs of the person in terms of their circumstances i.e. strengths, level of risk, culture, ethnicity, language, age, disability and geographic location. <br/> <br/>• People who access the service report that staff were caring, compassionate and understanding. <br/> <br/>• A Service in which the voices of Service Users and their carers are heard and used to drive service improvement. <br/> <br/>• A Service that provides timely access to appropriate support <br/> <br/>• Positive communication between health and social care professionals, to support Patient-Centred Care. <br/> <br/>• A resilient workforce that is supported through the provision of clinical and managerial supervision and continued professional development.
