Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has appointed a single Contractor for the maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading of Warden Call, CCTV & Door Entry Systems, together with the supply & fitting of replacement communal security doors and frames to Council owned buildings within the County Borough.
The Contracted Work will support WCBC's duty to maintain Warden Call, CCTV & Door Entry Systems located at all sites within their property portfolio in line with regulatory guidelines.
Works will be let under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016
