  1. This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS Devon Integrated Care Board's (ICB) (the Commissioner's), intention to recommission the provision of the Primary Care Health Inequalities Fellowship Programme. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services.

The Commissioner is seeking to secure a single Prime Provider who has the capability and capacity to deliver the Devon Health Inequalities Fellowship Programme to primary care professionals within the Devon ICB footprint. The Health Inequalities Fellowship supports primary care professionals to develop their practice as champions of health equity, ready to lead community-oriented improvements across Devon's healthcare landscape.
  3. The Commissioner is considering a potential 2-year programme, pending clarification of 2025/26 funding. The likely envelope break down as follows:

Year 1 - 2024/25 - circa £140-150k

Year 2 - 2025/26 - circa £150-160k

Meaning a total contract value of £290-310k over the 2-year term.
