PE2024-24/4406 IT Service Support for NIHR Learn Development, Infrastructure & Hosting

This tender is for National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) but tendered by the University of Leeds under contract from the Department of Health & Social Care. (DHSC)

NIHR are seeking a supplier with Moodle development experience to take on the existing National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Learning Management System and provide managed support consisting of;

●Working with business owners to deliver business changes in line with change budgets that have been set

●Being responsive to changing business situations

●Recognising that customer experience and usability are critical

●Adhering to good security practices e.g. ISO27001 and development practices e.g. GDS

●Aligning with RDNCC’s management approach to other IT services and where necessary working with other suppliers

Please note that the University of Leeds is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Directive 2014/24/EU) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
