The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:
- Assess the marketplace to determine the scope and capability of Financial Assessments System (FAS) solutions currently available or the ability to provide a bespoke solution;
- Gain an understanding of where, how, over what timescales, and at what costs, these solutions, if previously developed, have been
successfully implemented in health systems of a similar or larger scale to HSCNI;
- Gain an indication of likely costs of implementing an FAS solution in NI;
- Gauge the interest in the market of the potential opportunity to provide an FAS solution for NI;
- Learn from any recognised “good practice” in other clients and jurisdictions.
