The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office ("FCDO") intend to engage the market in relation to this project as part of early market engagement activity in accordance with Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The purpose of this PIN is to initiate market engagement and is not being used as a call for competition.
The purpose of this Corrigendum is to update the market on FCDO's market engagement approach for the Procurement of a Contractor to build new British Embassy, Beijing as detailed in FTS PIN 2024/S 000-026157: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/026157-2024.
Please note that market engagement will now take place in the form of 1-2-1 conversations with interested contractors instead of an event in Central London. Further details can be found in Section V1.3 of this Corrigendum.
