Market Engagement - Stereotactic Radiosurgery / Radiotherapy (SRS/SRT) Services – Tier 1 & Tier 2 (Intracranial) Adults, All Indications

NHS England, Specialised Commissioning (referred to as the Commissioner) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express interest in delivering the Service(s), by responding to this Market Engagement Exercise for SRS/SRT Tiers 1&2.<br/>The key objective of the Market Engagement Exercise is to establish market interest from suitably qualified service providers for the remaining Tiers 1 & 2 SRS/SRT services across England.<br/>There is a requirement to commission Thirteen (13) remaining Lots following an earlier procurement in year.<br/>This market engagement assessment will allow NHS England to make a fair and transparent informed decision on what appropriate next procurement steps to undertake. These are likely to come under two categories:<br/>- Where there is no competition (in any one of the Lots) – Contracts may be awarded under the Direct Award Process A in compliance with the Procurement Selection Regime Regulations (PSR) (where existing contracts are in place – Incumbent providers are required to respond to this market engagement exercise).<br/>- Where there is competition (in any one of the Lots) – A Competitive Process may be necessary to procure the services in compliance with PSR.<br/>Participation for this market engagement closes at 12:00hrs 31st July 2024
