Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders to provide the service for Foyle Street Environmental Improvement Scheme. The project is for the provision of a The Contract is for the provision of an architects-led design team to provide architectural services for an Environmental Improvement Project based upon RIBA Plan of Works 2013 stages 0 to 4 inclusive for Foyle Street. • The scheme will consist of a series of physical regeneration interventions designed to enhance this key city centre street. • The interventions will include new paving, kerb realignment, installation of street furniture, proposed rainwater garden, hard and soft landscaping. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Service. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail. **Since issuing this tender the project scope and scale has changed therefore necessitating DFI Roads to take the project forward directly. Please note this CfT will be deleted by DCSDC at 12noon Tuesday 28th May 2024.**
