The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:
| • | Assess the marketplace to determine the scope and capability of ETP solutions currently available or the ability to provide a bespoke solution; |
| • | Gain an understanding of where, how, over what timescales, and at what costs, these solutions, if previously developed, have been successfully implemented in health systems of a similar or larger scale to HSCNI; |
| • | Gain an indication of likely costs of implementing an ETP solution in NI; |
| • | Gauge the interest in the market of the potential opportunity to provide an ETP solution for NI; |
| • | Learn from any recognised “good practice” in other clients and jurisdictions. |
