description
Kent County Council is seeking to understand the needs of populations in Kent to; help improve access to services and to help improve efficiency.
A review of insight indicates that there are significant gaps in terms of qualitative insight. It is especially interested in individuals who may not actively engage in our services.
The purpose of the user insight phase is to generate views on: -
| • | General awareness of services (specifically targeting certain segments) |
| • | General awareness of how to access services |
| • | Barriers to access – what would enable access to the services / or be a barrier to access services (for the target segment) |
| • | What would support people to achieve their outcome I.e. weight loss or quitting smoking. |
| • | What support would people need to achieve their desired outcomes? |
