Leeds City Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of recycling outlets for a range materials collected at the Household Waste Recycling Centres.
The Dynamic Purchasing System sets out the City Council's requirements in respect of the acceptance/collection and treatment/disposal of :
| • | General waste (not containing persistent organic pollutants [POPS]) |
| • | General waste (containing POPS) |
| • | POPs waste |
| • | Timber and wood based materials |
| • | Inert soil, rubble and hardcore |
| • | Plasterboard and gypsum products |
The DPS also includes provision for the haulage of these materials.
The DPS will run from April 2024 until March 2036
