NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering the Conversational Rehab for Stoke Patients Programme.<br/><br/>The project aims to enhance the psychological support provided to stroke patients across the Black Country; Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin; Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent ICS, and involve third-sector organisations such as The Stroke Association.<br/><br/>The purpose of this advert is to invite the market to engage, provide feedback on the draft specification and the data requirement included in the spreadsheet as well as views on digital integration and future opportunities for the service. This will provide the ICB with valuable information to ensure that the service and specification is fit for purpose.
