In Hertfordshire, our Public Health nursing services place a strong emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and community engagement. We engage in collaborations with various sectors and stakeholders to ensure that children and families receive holistic and comprehensive support for their health and well-being throughout their developmental years.Due to the approaching contract end date, the Council is actively seeking to recommission the Family Support Service and Public Health Nursing Service, which together form the Family Centre Service in Hertfordshire.
