All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Nursing Home Placements - NHS/SCW/23.943 - RFI

NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking the views of healthcare providers in relation to All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Nursing Home Placements.

The Commissioner is seeking the views of Providers in relation to the provision of a commissioning model for AACC placements in Nursing Homes across Sussex. The Commissioner is considering a contract period of 3 years with an option (of the commissioner) to extend for period of up to 2 further years (3+2), this remains subject to further review. Approximate contract value per annum will be £200,000.

This is a process designed to help the Commissioner to form a view of the best way to commission the service and is not the beginning of a Tender exercise. A Tender advertisement may be issued at the appropriate time, if required, should the Commissioner consider that the optimum route to commission the service is through a procurement process.
