It is an exciting opportunity to partner with one of the largest Social Housing Providers in the South West. Our Grounds Maintenance service offers a comprehensive maintenance programme for our estates across the region. LiveWest is looking for Grounds Maintenance providers who are forward looking, employ sector leading and innovative practices and are not afraid to be challenged. LiveWest's ground maintenance service is based around our “Total Site Care” requirement, which ensures that all sites are maintained to their specifications at all time.

We are seeking pre-market engagement prior to tendering a contract over a proposed 2 lots.

We invite contractors to engage with us regarding service offering and views on the best ways to tender and operate this opportunity before we will finalise our own specification and tender documents.
