The Borough Council of Bolton (The Authority) are prepared to receive tenders for Personal Budget Support Service that will consist of 2 Procurement Lots which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.

The Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) has been divided into the following 2 Lots:

Lot 1 – Personal Budget Payroll and Supported Banking Services;

Lot 2 – Personal Budget Brokerage Service.

The procurement will be an open tender but will be operating as a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) which is an open Pseudo-dynamic FPS agreement allowing providers to join the Pseudo-dynamic FPS agreement during the term of the agreement via rounds. Rounds will be opened at certain times during the term when there is a requirement of provision – minimum once a year. This is Round 2 of the FPS.
