HMP Healthcare Service - Bidder Event

NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (Yorkshire and Humber), Health and Justice Team (the Contracting Authority) wishes to invite all interested providers to attend a virtual bidder event to be held prior to the procurement process for a Primary Care Service (Medical and Nursing) and an Integrated Substance Misuse Service for HM Prison Full Sutton and HM Prison Millsike and Integrated Mental Health including Learning Disabilities and Autism Service in HM Prison Full Sutton and HM Prison Millsike, which will include information regarding the service, the prison site(s) and an overview of the procurement process and associated documentation, including information to support submission of bids. There will also be an opportunity for providers to ask any questions for clarification, whilst we endeavour to respond to questions on the day this may not be possible, however all questions will receive a formal written response distributed to all in attendance following the event.

The event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 15th August 2023, from (exact time to be confirmed through invitation, please provisionally hold 0930 - 1330).

Deadline for registering attendance is 12 noon on Friday 11th August 2023 and Microsoft Teams invites will be issued on or before Monday 14th August 2023.

It is anticipate that tender documentation will be available on the e-tendering site from 25th August 2023.
