The contract term for Lot 1 HMP Preston and Lot 2 HMP Kirkham and HMP Lancaster Farms was for an initial period of 6 years commencing on 01 April 2024, with an option to extend for a further 3 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.

The contract term for Lot 3 HMP Risley and HMP Thorn Cross was for an initial period of 5 years commencing on 01 April 2024 with an option to extend for a further 3 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
