BHCC NCS Home Care 2023

Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Home Care services.

The services required fall under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). As a result, this procurement is undertaken under the 'Light Touch Regime' as detailed in Section 7 of PCR 2015.

Providers are required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission ('CQC').

The Council is seeking to award contracts to a number of different providers for a Lead provider in one area and a Back-Up provider for two areas via this procurement process. Providers may submit tenders for single or multiple Lots. The main Service Specification provides further detail on the specific requirements. The information is broken down as follows:

Area Providers: Lead and Back up

One Lead Provider for Area 3 and one Back-Up Provider for areas 1 and 3 will be appointed.
