Planting Maintenance Strand Aldwych Notice

Westminster City Council is seeking to work with a single Provider who can fully maintain approx. 1370m2 new planting in a new public space at Strand Aldwych. The Provider shall be required to keep the beds looking neat and healthy in this high-profile location including watering, feeding, spray-cleaning, pest control, pruning, etc throughout the year.

The City of Westminster anticipate the publication of the formal Invitation to Tender around July 2023 (this is subject to change). Interested parties should register on capitalEsourcing in order to receive notification once the opportunity goes live.

It should be noted that this is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
