description
The Department for Business & Trade’s (DBT) Priority Events Team require an Events Management Platform to host and manage the c. 2,000 events that the department produces and/or attends annually.
The purpose of the platform is to deliver an intuitive ‘one-stop-shop’ that will enable and empower all DBT event managers to create, promote, manage and measure their events more efficiently. The platform must deliver a good level of usability and allow the creation of simple to complex event pages and online registration forms by organisers. This, in turn, will lead to a richer event experience for delegates.
DBT has procured a Supplier to host and publish an events platform for upcoming events the Department is hosting. The contract will run until October 2025.
