This commission sets out the ambition for a Citizens’ Assembly that will bring together members of the population of South Yorkshire to discuss, deliberate and advise on South Yorkshire’s Net Zero future. The Assembly will report into the Mayor and help shape policy and our collective response to the Climate Emergency.
