The Council requires a service for the collection and recycling of rubble from its Household Recycling Centres. The Contractor shall provide the storage containers for the contract waste at each site. The purpose of this PIN is to notify the market of the requirement in the future, as well as reduce the timeframes for tendering once this is live.
