We are looking for a research partner who is able to work with the Adoption National Strategic Team to develop the details of a research plan and start the research on 1 May 2023.
There are three main intended outcomes for this contract, which are:
- Evaluation of the existing models (Adoption Counts and OAWY) utilising both existing data produced by the agencies and gathering new data.
- Evaluation of new initiatives. To support the national strategic team capture and share the learning and themes emerging from the 7 new initiatives
- Guidance and recommendations for best practice in establishing similar models
