This notice is for information only and does not constitute a formal commencement of a procurement process. Surrey County Council and NHS Surrey Heartlands Commissioners are looking to undertake an Open Procurement under the Light Touch Regime, under regulation 74 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to secure a contract for a minimum of five years duration.

It is expected that the service will provide Supported Living Care and Support Services at Great Meadows to deliver appropriate level of support to enable independent living and reduce the risk of reoffending. This will be achieved though the provision of:

Opportunities for community re-integration

• Life Skills Planning: Daily living skills, Employability, Budget management and benefits; focus on housing pathway (transition to move-on)
• Behaviour support (PBS / ABA)
• Support to access mainstream health services, e.g., Primary Care, dentistry
• Support access to specialised community services (LD/A community teams, forensic outreach, mental health)

We are looking to award a contract to one supplier for the provision Supported Living Care and Supported Living Services for individuals with learning disabilities and / or autism and mental health, with forensic histories.

It is anticipated that the opportunity will be published during Spring 2023, with a contract commencement date during Winter 2023-2024.
