The Hywel Dda University Local Health Board with its partnership organisation Ceredigion County Council has approved funding for the provision of Community Wellbeing.
The aims of the service are:
To provide a variety of group activities in the community, support on an individual basis as well as peer support for those who are at risk of reaching crisis point and who are subject to social isolation.
Providing a service which supports the needs of those in, at the risk of, or at the point of a social/emotional crisis
Act as a conduit to identify, broker, and signpost individuals to other help and support agencies as needed
A continued commitment to co-production of Community Mental Health services awarded across the HDdUHB geographical footprint
