This opportunity to assist the Authority covers the following main areas and is fully described in Appendix 7 Specification for Provision and Management of a Unified Communications Solution and includes |
| i. | The provision of a communications infrastructure which is cost effective, secure, reliable and resilient. |
| ii. | Support, maintenance, and training on the delivered solution |
| iii. | The provision of relevant software, licencing, features, and functionality to support the organisational business as usual requirements. |
