This procurement exercise in the form of Find Tender Service Open tender for the Provision of Adaptation Works that includes delivery of goods and services in following lots: Lot1: Minor Works and servicesLot 2 Stairlifts Lot 3: Curved LiftsPotential providers who feel that they are suitably qualified organisations may complete the requirements for either for [ Lot 1 or Lot 2 or Lot 3 competitions] OR [Two lots] or [all the three lots]. The applicant expressing an interest will need to complete the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the scored quality, price, and one mandatory social value question. Please note quality questions are same for all the lots. The Pricing Schedule for each lot is different. Evaluation Criteria is Price at 70% and Quality at 30% for each lot. Each lot will be evaluated separately. Two Year Contract with option to extend for 1 Year.
