** THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT **
NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to commission a Living Well Collaborative Facilitation and Coordination service. This notice intends to identify suppliers who would like to express an interest in providing these services and to invite all interested parties to attend a Market Engagement Event. The event will be held via MS Teams.
As part of the NHS Long Term Plan Ambitions, Living Well Derbyshire are working with Community Mental Health Teams, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector to create 'Provider Collaboratives' in local areas to support the improvement of outcomes and reduce out of area placements. The focus is to expand on community-based support for people in their own locality.
The Collaborative is an inclusive forum where people come together to develop a shared understanding of the current system, listen to local voices, shape the offer and respond to local mental health needs.
The purpose of the Leadership Co-ordinator Role is to steer the monthly collaborative meetings for each individual location and to support and promote the involvement of provider networks which sit in each local area.
Once established, the Living Well Local Leadership Coordinator will support the voluntary and community sector to become a key element of Mental Health Support in the community across the Derbyshire footprint.
