Be First is seeking to create a Development Framework for Construction Works (The “Framework Agreement”) to commission design and construction services to deliver approximately 3,500 homes and mixed-use developments, with an estimated construction value of £1.5 billion. (Note: These targets are indicative and subject to external economic, community and industry influence).

Successful Tenderers will be employed under the Framework Agreement and will work together with Be First and their consultants to develop the design proposals from Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stage 1, including coordination and detailed design as outlined in the scope and deliverables, with the opportunity to construct the works.

The successful Tenderers who are appointed a position onto the Framework shall enter into a Framework Agreement with LBBD from which it and other London boroughs and London-based registered providers and housing associations can call off Services.
