The Council require establish a Winter Maintenance Assistance Framework Agreement for the provision of Contractors assistance during periods of adverse winter weather when all internal resource has been exhausted. The Framework will consist of 3 Lots: -Lot 1 for Gritting and Snow Clearing Operations on East and South Ayrshire Roads & Footways;
-Lot 2 for the Supply of Winter Treatment Services on Kilmarnock Town Centre Priority Footways; and
-Lot 3 for On Call Winter Service Treatment on Priority Carriageway Routes.
