Tender for Building Energy Management Systems, Design and Installation, Maintenance, Support and Reactive Repair 2023 - 2027 (BEMS) Sandwell MBC’s Building Services department currently maintain the BEMS of around 130 sites, which comprise a range of uses such as administration buildings, leisure centres, schools and community centres. The majority of these are connected to the central BEMS management server at the Council House in Oldbury, allowing for remote monitoring and control of the sites, whilst a small number are classed as "stand alone" (see Section 4) and have no connection to the central BEMS machine. On larger sites it is possible to have a number of Boiler Houses and these may be connected independently to the central system at the Council’s Offices in the Council House. Closing date: Tuesday 11 October 2022 at 15:00hrs
