As a response to recently completed condition surveys, a number of schools have a requirement to re-fit and decorate 12 sets of school toilets, as set out in the specification. The works included (but are not limited to):-
| • | Strip out old fixtures and fittings and remove from site |
| • | Replace fixtures and fittings as set out in the specification |
| • | Tile and redecorate |
| • | Replace flooring |
