description

Network Rail is intending to seek supplier(s) for a programme of works in relation to the Redevelopment of Euston Conventional Station (RECS) and it is intended that this programme will be subject to one or more procurement events. Network Rail is currently working on its plans for this project, including developing its procurement strategy for RECS, as summarised in its outline business case, submitted to the Department of Transport in June 2022.

As part of developing its plans for the project, Network Rail wishes to engage with organisations that may be interested in participating in the forthcoming RECS procurement events. Network Rail is therefore asking interested parties to respond to a market questionnaire form (MQF) and the purpose of this notice is to notify organisations of the project and invite interested parties to respond to the MQF.

Please follow the instructions outlined in the Additional Information section if you would like to respond to the MQF.

This notice is not a call for competition and is issued solely for the purpose of this market engagement exercise. Not responding to the MQF shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any future procurements.

Following consideration of responses to the MQF, Network Rail may or may not undertake further market engagement including but not limited to further consultation questionnaires and/or workshops as Network Rail considers necessary.
