| 3.1. | The contract comprises four fundamental requirements: |
| (i) | develop the tennis centre into a lively, active meeting place that meets the diverse needs of both club members and the wider community; |
| (ii) | provide high standards of sports provision (Tennismark+ within 12 months); |
| (iii) | invest capital to develop the sports centre with the aim of maximising the use of and revenue generated from the facilities and their surroundings; and |
| (iv) | provide consistently high standards of catering at Hyde Park including a defined menu style offering customers value for money. TRP's aim is to provide customers with a simple but contemporary menu, made from high quality ingredients. |
