Oxfordshire County Council requires a Delivery Partner to provide services pursuant to fund Oxfordshire County Council requires a Delivery Partner to provide services pursuant to funding awarded under the Home Upgrade Grant scheme. The contract may be extended if follow on funding for the same or similar purpose is secured by the council during the period of the initial contract or the project delivery period is extended.
