***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area*** Oaklee Housing is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to Provide a Customer Service to tenants through Responsive and Planned works service to Lot 1 and Lot 4 of our regions. The two lots have an estimated 325 properties to serve. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement Oaklee Housing wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Outline of the regions and estimated numbers are in the Market Sounding document. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 3PM on Friday 22 April 2022.
