description

This is a prior information notice to provide advance warning and awareness of an upcoming tender LHC intends to issue to establish a framework agreement for Modern Methods of Construction of New Homes.

LHC is currently in the pre-planning phase for the procurement of the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) New Homes framework that will be procured on behalf of: LHC, Consortium Procurement Consortium (CPC), South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA), Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA)

The framework will replace the current Offsite Construction of New Homes Framework - NH2.

It is anticipated the scope will include the provision of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Offsite systems for residential use, covering:

Provision of a range of MMC solutions from Cat 1 to Cat 7

General housing

Apartments (including student accommodation and care homes),

Adaptive Pods

Room on the roof projects

Temporary accommodation

Enhanced energy performance and Net Zero Carbon projects

Groundworks for Offsite projects

Turnkey workstreams

The above represents LHC's initial thoughts but will be refined following market consultation and therefore may not represent the workstreams/lot structure in the final tender issued.

The framework will cover the geographical areas of North and Central England, London and South East England, the South West of England, Scotland and Wales.

LHC will be delivering market engagement webinars for interested organisation to introduce our initial plans for the new framework in the Spring whereby we will seek to gain feedback from the market on the proposed framework before finalising the framework scope and structure and issuing the tender in July 2022.

The dates will be provided at a later date but LHC would like to invite interested parties to register their interest at this early stage.

To register your early interest in the framework and to get further updates please click the link below and then click 'register an interest in this opportunity' (you will need to be registered and logged in) and LHC will message you via the Proactis portal with further information, updates and instructions with regards the market engagement outlined. https://procontract.due-north.com/Supplier/Advert/View?advertId=1135b62b-7b82-ec11-8110-005056b64545&fromProjectDashboard=False&fromRfxSummary=False&selectWorkgroup=False&fromAdvertEvent=False&fromActivityDashboard=False
