The Customer requires Subscription Agent Services to provide:
- a centralised and fully managed service, dealing with all day-to-day administration of managing Publications & Subscriptions;
- visibility and control in these Publications & Subscriptions;
- control of costs and maximise savings and efficiencies;
- consolidation and reduction of Supplier invoices and payments;
- access to meaningful MI Reporting for the spend, usage and resources;
- 24hr response to queries with updates on progress;
- A dedicated account manager;
- A System to manage subscriptions, retrieve MI, monitor claims 24/7 access;
- ability to invoice different business areas separately; and
- all current print and electronic subscriptions.
